Is it blue of is it purple?
"Depending on the lighting or what else is around it, this vinyl can appear blue or purple. I wasn't expecting that but kinda like it. It's been just as easy to apply as the other vvivd vinyls I have used. One thing I didn't like was the foreign transaction fee of about $40usd that showed up on my credit card. Would have been nice to have a warning about that somewhere in the cart checkout."
Poor customer service and poor shipping.
"I placed an order on 5/3/2024 for gloss midnight purple vinyl and a wrap glove. I promptly got a shipping notification and thought “awesome my package will arrive Monday”. Monday rolls around and I received an Amazon deliver for my wrap glove. Confused, I checked my email for a tracking number on my vinyl. Nothing. I called VViViD on 5/7/24 and asked where my order was. I was placed on hold for about 5 minutes and was told it was in the shipping department. 3 more days go by before any more update. 5/10/24 my label was barely being created. Vvivid claims 1-2 day shipping times for ground shipping. 5/11/24 my vinyl FINALLY shipped. 5/13/24, my package was damaged according to fedex and the label needed to be reprinted (probably not vvivids fault.) but here we are 11 days later and still NO VINYL. My customer has been waiting patiently. I offered to pay extra for faster shipping and vivid said there is nothing they can do. I’m very dissatisfied with this product already. We will see how the quality of vinyl is once it finally gets delivered."
