Reviews
No box
"I expected the material to come in a box but just came in plastic which of course with transit the product came damaged. I’m assuming for it to come in a box I’d have to buy a lot. Hopefully they can add in the description if it comes in a box or not."

Works well but be careful
"Wrap was easy to work with and sticks pretty well. Not fully a 5 star because once heated you have to be careful or else it’ll turn glossy and will not be satin anymore and does not return back to satin."

Way too tacky. Completely ripped
"Way too tacky. Completely ripped paint off of car. Instructions should make tack reducer a requirement. Wasted a 5'x5' foot piece. It also ripped when lifting to try and make glass. After using tack reducer, it became a little better but I will probably try a different brand next time."

Frequently Asked Questions
What size do I need for my car?
Please provide your car’s make, model, and year, and we’ll suggest the ideal roll size. You can also use our Sizing Chart for guidance.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Use our Warranty Forms and include as much detail as possible: photos of the damage, adhesive, and backing. Our technicians will assess and contact you with a solution.
I received my order damaged. What do I do?
Please fill out our Warranty Form and select “Product Performance Issues.” Include:
Clear close-up and distant photos of the damage.
Images of the backing paper and adhesive side.
Once received, our team will review and assist quickly.
My vinyl looks slightly different from my last order. Why?
This is due to batch differences, slight variations occur between production runs.To avoid mismatches, we recommend buying enough material at once from the same batch.
Why isn’t my vinyl sticking properly after installation?
Our vinyl requires proper post-heating to fully activate the adhesive. Without post-heating, the glue may not fully bond to the surface, which can result in lifting or peeling.
Please refer to installation guides for the recommended post-heating temperature and instructions. Following these guidelines, especially around edges and curves, will ensure a strong and long-lasting bond.
What should I do if bubbles appear?
Small bubbles often disappear over time. Larger ones can be carefully pushed out with a squeegee or needle puncture.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders typically take 1 to 6 business days to be fulfilled and up to 7 business days for delivery. We’re closed on weekends, and international orders may take longer.
The color I want is sold out. When will it restock?
Most materials restock within 2–3 weeks. Check back soon or contact us for updates. You can also sign in to our newsletter to be updated.
Do you install vinyl?
We don’t offer installation services directly, but we work with a trusted network of VViViD Certified Installers across the world.
You can find a certified professional near you here.
Is vinyl wrap permanent?
No, vinyl wrap is not permanent. It’s designed to be removable without damaging the original surface when applied correctly.
"How to" install vinyl or PPF correctly?
Here’s a quick installation overview:
Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth.
Use a spray bottle with water and a few drops of baby shampoo (slip solution).
Spray both the adhesive side and the surface.
Position the film, then squeegee outward from the center to remove air bubbles.
Gently heat and stretch for curves (no more than 15%).
Post-heat to activate the adhesive. Let the surface rest 24–48 hours before washing or exposure to elements.
We also offer 1ft x 5ft sample sizes for individual colors.
Can you match a color for me?
We don’t use color codes, but we’ll gladly suggest the closest available match or provide sample options so you can compare before ordering.
Can vinyl be coated with ceramic coating?
Yes! Applying a ceramic coating over PPF or vinyl can improve gloss, make cleaning easier, and add protection against contaminants. Just make sure the film is fully cured and use a coating safe for vinyl or PPF.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment, we can cancel and refund it immediately. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible but you can return it once received.
