Q&A

I have had a terrible time getting this to work with my Cricut. I've tried several settings and it just pulls the vinyl up off its backing as it cuts and tears up the design. Do you have any tips on how to make this work better or can I only use it with simple designs, not intricate designs?
Hello I am sorry to hear of your frustrating experience, The best I can tell you is that you will always need a sharp new blade. I will see about the settings usually I ask that you use the settings form the cutters website. If the blade is new usually there are no issues. Randell
