How the product is manufactured.

VViViD Epoxy Gloss Carbon is produced using the most realistic carbon weave available. The film is laminated using a “thermoform able” floating lamination. Basically, it’s a protective gloss layer that can be formed to complex shapes using heat. 

VViViD Epoxy Gloss (interior) should not be compared with VViViD Tek R (exterior). The visual aesthetic and effect are completely different. The scratch resistance of the Epoxy Gloss Carbon is extremely high when comparing it to it’s Exterior version.

"Fantastic carbon fiber vinyl. I had 5 different CF samples for our customer and they chose this one for their interior. This IS for interior use only. It looks phenomenal and truly gives the appearance of actual carbon fiber. As with all VViViD products, it's pretty forgiving and easy to work with. This particular customer's car had some real CF accents from the factory and they are nearly indistinguishable from this vinyl. Can the edges of this material be sealed? I do a lot of dragsters and the wings and other misc pieces get requested to be wrapped in carbon, and nothing else -most certainly including the gloss carbon black (tech art) even comes close. I know my customers would love this material, but is there any way to make this functional?
Hello I am sorry what did you mean by Sealed? If you mean by adding another layer over top of lamination, Clear coat or epoxy. If you had to guess, How much should I need for a 07 lexus is250 center console, center console plastic side panels & wood trim on door panels (pretty small) 2x5ft? 1.5x5ft?

Can you use this to wrap the dashboard of where the gauges are? If the part of the dashboard is made of plastic? I heard most carbon fiber won’t stick to plastic because the heat will cause it to bubble and start to peal off

This is due to batch differences, slight variations occur between production runs.To avoid mismatches, we recommend buying enough material at once from the same batch.

Why isn’t my vinyl sticking properly after installation?

Our vinyl requires proper post-heating to fully activate the adhesive. Without post-heating, the glue may not fully bond to the surface, which can result in lifting or peeling.

Please refer to installation guides for the recommended post-heating temperature and instructions. Following these guidelines, especially around edges and curves, will ensure a strong and long-lasting bond.

What should I do if bubbles appear?

Small bubbles often disappear over time. Larger ones can be carefully pushed out with a squeegee or needle puncture.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Is vinyl wrap permanent?

No, vinyl wrap is not permanent. It’s designed to be removable without damaging the original surface when applied correctly.

"How to" install vinyl or PPF correctly?

Here’s a quick installation overview:

  1. Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth.
  2. Use a spray bottle with water and a few drops of baby shampoo (slip solution).
  3. Spray both the adhesive side and the surface.
  4. Position the film, then squeegee outward from the center to remove air bubbles.
  5. Gently heat and stretch for curves (no more than 15%).
  6. Post-heat to activate the adhesive.
    Let the surface rest 24–48 hours before washing or exposure to elements.

Yes! Applying a ceramic coating over PPF or vinyl can improve gloss, make cleaning easier, and add protection against contaminants. Just make sure the film is fully cured and use a coating safe for vinyl or PPF.

If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment, we can cancel and refund it immediately. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible but you can return it once received.
