1.The relaxing of measures and the return of staff is allowing for increased production and productivity. 

2. OUT OF STOCK: With the return of staff, we are ramping up production with the most popular colors first. 

3. Customer service: representatives are still on leave or working from home, we are hoping to resume our phone service in the coming week.

4. Personal Touch: We have also been recording audio FAQ's and Warranty Explanations to give our policies and questions a more personal touch. We will go through specific warranty issues, the reasons behind the policy and real world examples to ensure better understanding of our evolving policies.

5. 2020 Launch Colors: We've been holding these materials back due to uncertain times. These new products offer some of the coolest, never-before-seen finishes on the market thanks to technology we have been able to convert in-house to offer you products that keep the industry evolving.

 Dear Customers,

 We understand that the current situation related to COVID-19 is disrupting your lives and raising many questions and concerns.  We are doing everything we can to ensure our employee’s safety, continued production and being able to fulfill your orders.  Here are changes we’ve made.

 

ORDERS:

As of March 23rd 2020, Our government has implemented a mandatory lock down that will last till May or longer depending on government actions.

How does this affect you?

All of your orders will be on hold till our local government lifts the lock down. ( Orders will be shipped out however at a greatly reduced speed ) We will be processing your orders on a first come first serve basis. Our stock will be reserved in a similar chronological order.

 Our 1-3 days of processing policy is not guaranteed and the majority of orders can expect up to 7-10 days of processing time.

 

SERVICE:

The safety of our employees and their families are our priority. We are taking the situation one day at a time but may ask non-essential personnel to work from home. This includes customer service, marketing, purchasing and data departments. Unfortunately, we are closing direct phone lines and will implement live chat on vvividshop.com (icon is displayed in the bottom right of the page)
