ColorFusion® by VViViD combines the durability of Paint Protection Film (PPF), with the eye-catching beauty of VViViD’s industry-leading wraps, ensuring your vehicles’ finish remains pristine twice as long as other films.

  • Hybrid Dry or Wet Application: Wet application suggested for low-stretch areas and large flat surfaces like hoods, roofs, some doors and more. Wet application limits chances of bubbles, glue lines, stretch marks, overstretching and other install errors. Due to air-channels, the wet application method requires less solution than standard clear PPF.
  • Exceptional Self-Healing: ColorFusion® has self-healing abilities far in advance of any car wrap vinyl, ensuring your finish looks beautiful 2 x longer than other wraps, and preventing damage to the paint-work underneath. Gently apply heat with a heat gun, and watch your ColorFusion® wrap heal from scratches that would spell the end for any other film.
  • Vibrant Colors: The color is embedded deep within the ColorFusion® film for a vibrant, long-lasting finish that resists fading and discoloration.
  • Paint-Safe Adhesive: ColorFusion® is backed with a fully surface-safe, heat-activated, removable adhesive that will never eat through or dissolve top-coats on your car’s paint, unlike lesser products.

ColorFusion® is simply the most advanced automotive wrap you can own.

Installation differences:

Please note : Gloss PPFs are prone to tack/lift lines if the following measures are not taken. Applying Tack Reducer will help minimize the lift / tack lines as well as doubling up the buffers on the application squeegees.

Featuring VViViD’s patented ULTRA-GLOSS® finish, which is the closest thing you can get to OEM paint in gloss wraps. This makes the film more difficult to prep/install since every imperfection is magnified. Here are some tips to get the best finish from your Color Fusion® film:

1. Clay bar: Until now, clay bars have not been necessary for car wraps, but with the dramatic increase in finish clarity, small specs and surface contaminants will show through exponentially. Although still not necessary for the integrity of the wrap, using a clay bar is highly suggested for added surface clarity.

2. Nano Air-release: This enhances the high-gloss finish, however it may be harder to remove trapped air on large surfaces. It is suggested to apply the film while holding excess material off the surface. This will prevent trapped air and distortions in the in film. In the event of bubbles, press the bubble softly or puncture to let air out.

3. Remove Protective Cap Before Applying.

Instructions for Wet Application:

Lightly mist surface, you may use towel to dry off 1-2" from the edges for better direct adhesion. Any areas that requires considerable stretch can be left dry for better tack in target area. Once the film is installed, you can trim to shape. Note that the amount of solution used can make make edges lift if they're still wet, using a towel and pressing area into place will help as well as giving those areas time to dry before sealing in place.
