Shipping took way longer than what I paid for.
"Iv attempted to contact your company two times. With no response. I paid for premium 3 "business" day shipping. I made my purchase on a Monday, it looks like it went out for delivery on the 11th. My tracking number says it won't arrive until the 17th. I would have done the cheaper standard 8 business day shipping. Poor customer service."

"Ordered a 1' x 5' roll of Sp Conform Red Chrome wrap and I couldn't be any happier. The red chrome is the closest thing to red chrome wrap money can buy. The protective layer on it for applying is a genius idea and it adheres really well even to small objects 10/10 from me"

"This chrome actually performed better than expected. The stretch allowed without whitning and heating without clouding were better than others i tried. Now if the self healing property were added this would be a home run."
Great color and easy to use
"I put the red chrome on some interior pieces in my car and was very pleased. I only got a 1x5 to get a feel for it since I had heard the chrome was more difficult to deal with. After using I now feel comfortable to get chrome to do the complete outside of my car ( in the near future). Great product and not as hard to work with as I had heard"
Can it be stretched?
"Just got a problem when we wrap the fender area. If you heat and stretch it, there will be a really distinctive line and surface of the film will be damaged. Does somebody have the same problem when wrapping this material?"
Surprise, get a sample first!
"I am a first time buyer of this product. I put it up to my bike that I was going to wrap and found that the color would turn out much more different then I expected. I tried calling and found that hours of operations limited my chance to talk with a person at vvivid. The return policy was a bit daunting with the restock fee, but I understand the company's position given the fickle nature of this product and those of the customer's. I would suggest that people go for the sampler package before making your major purchase."

Red Chrome
"Material is nice, but the color has a bit too much magenta because everyone thinks it's pink. I just tell people it's a custom raspberry chrome. We also had some issues when installing but figured it out. Heat used could only be post heat. If preheated and we needed to re-lift any areas, there would be hazing of the material when we put it back down. I would order again if a client wanted the color."

- When we heat and stretch the film, there will be a distinctive line and the surface will be damaged. We just lightly stretched it and be really careful when we heat it and it still does not solve the problem.
- Hi there, Chrome is our most difficult film to apply. You are dealing with a finish, not a color so by conforming that finish, you can ruin the look. It's important to properly plan out the surface before a wrap... We suggest using tack reducer when applying chrome as to give it more play. If you need specific help with chrome, we can put you in contact with a chrome specialist.
